Local organic waste recovery
Composting equipment for different scales, designed to turn organic matter into a useful resource within a circular economy model.

From smaller waste generators to facilities handling large volumes, the range makes it possible to select a solution suited to the requirements of each project.
Managing organic waste can be a challenge for facilities that generate large volumes of food waste. Industrial composting machines make it possible to treat this waste directly where it is generated.
Through a controlled process, the technology reduces waste volume and transforms organic matter into compost, supporting a more efficient and circular approach to waste management.
HOW IT WORKS
Composting machines transform organic waste through microbial decomposition under controlled aerobic conditions. The process regulates the parameters needed to speed up the transformation of organic matter and produce compost directly on site.
Compatible organic waste is loaded into the machine. Correctly selecting and loading the waste helps keep the composting process running efficiently.
The system adjusts operating parameters to the waste's characteristics, taking into account factors such as moisture, temperature, density and processing time.
During the cycle, the organic matter undergoes controlled aerobic microbial decomposition that speeds up its transformation and progressively reduces the waste volume.
Once the process is complete, compost is obtained as the result of transforming the organic waste, ready for collection and further management or use according to the project and applicable regulations.

APPLICATIONS
Industrial composting machines can process different types of organic waste and food waste directly where they are generated. We assess waste composition, volume and the requirements of each facility to define the most suitable composting solution.
SECTORS AND APPLICATIONS
On-site management of organic waste generated by kitchens, buffets and food service operations.
Industrial food waste composting solutions for restaurants, catering operations, hospitals, care homes and institutional kitchens generating organic waste on a regular basis.
Treatment of organic waste generated during food production, preparation and handling processes.
Management of fruit, vegetables, fresh produce and other organic waste generated through handling or spoilage.
On-site treatment of organic waste generated by kitchens, dining facilities and food service operations.
Composting solutions designed to reduce and recover organic waste locally.
Compatibility and treatment capacity are assessed according to the type of waste and the characteristics of each project.
The right solution mainly depends on daily organic waste volume, waste composition and the facility's operating requirements. At Lagain Ecosolutions, we assess these factors to size a composting solution tailored to each project.
Required capacity is calculated according to the amount of waste generated per day, the type of organic material and potential production peaks. The aim is to select a solution that integrates effectively into the facility's normal operations.
Yes. Industrial composting machines allow organic waste to be treated where it is generated, helping reduce the need for waste storage, transportation and external management.
No. Solutions are available for different organic waste volumes. Proper sizing allows the system to be adapted both to facilities generating moderate quantities of waste and to operations processing larger daily volumes.
Yes. We analyse waste volume and type, facility characteristics and operational requirements to define the most suitable industrial composting solution and prepare a tailored proposal.
Tell us what type of organic waste you generate and in what volume. We assess your operations, facility requirements and project needs to define the most suitable composting solution.
