Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), data submitted through the contact forms will be processed by:

- Answer queries and requests for information.
- Manage communications related to the services offered.
- Prepare budgets or commercial proposals when requested.
- Follow up on requests and resulting communications.
- Attribute a request to its source or campaign when the submitted URL contains campaign or advertising click identifiers.
The data will not be used for incompatible purposes.
3.Legal basis
- Pre-contractual measures requested by the interested party.
- Lagain’s legitimate interest in answering received requests.
- Consent when required, given through a clear affirmative action and revocable at any time.
4.Categories of data
Forms may collect name, email, telephone, company or organisation, industry, project location, estimated daily waste volume, message content and any other information voluntarily provided. They may also record the page, referrer and campaign or advertising click identifiers included in the URL from which the form is submitted, together with a technical request identifier, consent version and timestamps needed to trace delivery. Please do not include specially protected or sensitive data.
5.Data retention
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to answer the request and may then remain blocked for legally required periods. If a commercial relationship arises, it may be retained while a mutual interest or legal basis remains.
6.Recipients
Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required. Contracted service providers may access it only as data processors and under Lagain’s instructions.
7.International transfers
International transfers are not generally expected. If a technology provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, safeguards required by law will be applied.
8.Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent by writing to administracion@lagain.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
9.Security measures
Lagain applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or accidental destruction.
10.Accuracy of data
Users guarantee that the information supplied is true, accurate and up to date, and are responsible for false or outdated data.
11.Minors
Forms are not intended for children under 14. Data received from a minor without proper authorisation will be deleted.
12.Changes to this policy
Lagain may update this policy to reflect legal developments or service changes. The current version will remain available on its corporate websites.
